Thank you for shopping at Scrunch It Montana. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it for a store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Scrunch It Montana does not give cash refunds; we will provide you with store credit or you may exchange your product for another product for the same purchase price or less.  Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you via email at which time you can choose to replace the product or receive store credit.

Shipping

The customer shall be responsible for the cost of returning their product. If you are requesting an exchange and the original product is not damaged or defective, The customer will be responsible for the shipping of the exchanged product. If the product is defective, then Scrunch It Montana will ship a replacement product at no additional cost. Please note that all shipping costs are nonrefundable.
